Radio station KGKB moves to Tyler

Radio station KGKB, which Scott Fybush says started up in 1927 in Goldthwaite and then Brownwood, moved to Tyler in 1931.

Fybush calls it the oldest AM license in town (now KYZS 1490), and after World War II it was owned by Lucille Ross Buford, whose KLTV debuted in 1954.
