Viva La Rosa brings a quinceañera float to the Rose Parade
Viva La Rosa began in 2022, when immigration lawyer Ginger Young brought a quinceañera float to the Rose Parade.
She is the mother of 2022 Texas Rose Festival Princess Olivia Bristol Young.
On September 27, 2026, 30 quinceañeras and their families gathered at Pyron Garden for a tea party marking the group’s fifth year in the parade.
